Dr. Sonali Raj Singh is an experienced ophthalmologist and the first female vitreo-retina surgeon of the whole of Purvanchal, with over 12 years of successful experience in the field of retinal diseases (related to medicine and surgery). After completing her MBBS from Bangalore, she has done her MS in Ophthalmology from Meerut.

Following her studies, she completed a medical retina fellowship at Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya, Chitrakoot, followed by a fellowship in vitreo-retina from C.L. Gupta Eye Institute, Moradabad and L.V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad – two of India’s leading ophthalmic centers of excellence.

Her areas of specilization include macular surgery, diabetic retinopathy and the management of complex diabetic retinal disorders, both medical and surgical.

Dr. Sonali Raj is also a Fellow of the International Council of Ophthalmology (FICO, UK), reflecting her commitment to maintaining global standards in eye care. She actively participates in CMEs and workshops, national and international conferences ensuring to stay at the forefront of the latest developments in retinal science and surgical techniques.
